What is SortedAI?
SortedAI is an AI booking assistant for Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. You tell Tia — the AI voice agent — what you need (a plumber, a dentist, a table for Friday), and she actually phones local businesses on your behalf, gets you a real price and the soonest available time, and books it once you say yes. It's the app that calls tradies and local businesses for you, so you never have to ring around or wait on hold. Your first ring-around is free, then it's about $1 each time — and you pay the business directly for the job.
How does SortedAI work?
Tell Tia what you need — a dentist, mechanic, restaurant, tradie — anything. Tia rings around local businesses near you, gets prices and the soonest times, then comes back to you — you pick the one you like and Tia books it. You never touch the phone, and your bit's done in minutes.
Is it free to use?
Your first ring-around's free — try it before you pay a cent. After that it's simple pay-as-you-go: about $1 each time Tia rings around for you, whether or not you book (you've got your quotes either way). If she can't reach a single business, that one's free too. You always pay the business directly for the job. No subscription, no lock-in, no surprises.
What types of businesses can I book?
Dentists, mechanics, restaurants, salons, tradies — pretty much any local business in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty. If they've got a phone, Tia can ring them for you.
How do you choose businesses?
Tia looks up real local businesses near you and rings the ones that fit — going on what you need, where you are, and who can help soonest. No business pays to be on that list, so the quotes Tia brings back are just the real local options, not ads.
How do payments work?
There are two separate things here. SortedAI: your first ring-around's free, no card — after that it's about a dollar a time, whether you book or not. The job itself: you pay the business directly, same as if you'd rung them yourself. Once it's booked you'll get an email confirmation and can track it live.

SortedAI is focused on Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty — Papamoa, the Mount, Bethlehem, Greerton, Te Puke, and surrounding areas. We're expanding across NZ soon.
